Fandom: The Lost Tomb Reboot
I love the Iron Triangle, especially domestic Iron Triangle or the three of them understanding and taking care of each other. Happy for OT3 or gen. I don't mind Pingxie but only if Pangzi is very much also part of the story and not shunted off to one side or absent. I love Liu Sang and, again, any ship or gen is fine but same as Iron Triangle fics I'd prefer Pangzi to not be excluded. General likes in this fandom is as above. I love hurt/comfort or soft domestic fics. I don't mind sex in it but I'm not a fan of PWP so there would need to be something more to it than that.

Fandom: Guardian
I'm pretty firmly only really interested in Weilan in this fandom (but I'm happy for any side pairings and any other characters to be included so long as Weilan is the focus). I'm also fond of Ye Zun redemption (can be OT3 or not I don't mind either way). I particularly like the hurt/comfort trope in this fandom, or Shen Wei learning he doesn't need to put everyone else before himself all the time. Post-canon fix-its are always nice.

Also anything involving cultural context/background that I might be missing, or translation meta.

General DNWs: permanent death of requested characters; partner betrayal; unrequested pairings for requested characters; humiliation; noncon; woobification; mundane AUs and other unrequested changes to the canon setting or premise; unrequited pining; fake dating; soulmates (except in the zhiji sense); mpreg; A/B/O; nonhuman characters becoming human; permanent separation of requested ships; unhappy endings (the Guardian ending isn't unhappy to me!); first or second person; in longer pieces, unmitigated fluff where all the characters' problems don't exist.

Fandom: Guardian (drama)

Fandom-specific DNWs: novel worldbuilding or characterisation; reincarnation; a focus on pining; Shen Wei being passive, naïve, submissive, shy and/or totally out of his depth (even in his youth); exclusive bottom Shen Wei; depowered Shen Wei.

Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan: I love how intense and weird these two are about each other, Shen Wei being BAMF, Zhao Yunlan being clever, both of them being competent and smart. Their time loop relationship and the way they both help shape the person they already met. Their mutual protectiveness.
Some ideas: UST early in canon; getting together late in canon or post canon; canon divergence with a different Envoy reveal; Shen Wei aggressively taking care of Zhao Yunlan; something post-finale where they find each other again; Shen Wei subtly trolling people. Case of the week, quiet moments in between, building a life (and a world) together. Early canon divergence where Zhao Yunlan finds proof that Shen Wei is Dixingren, with less time to first adjust his thinking about Dixing. Anything involving Shen Wei's Envoy robes or his dao or black energy; quiet domestic moments; anything that engages with the ending somehow - it's really meaningful to me; see my comments in <a href="https://sid-guardian.dreamwidth.org/226059.html">this discussion</a>.
For porn, if relevant I prefer Shen Wei topping or domming, and sex involving Dixing powers would be awesome. For h/c, I'd like to see Zhao Yunlan being hurt/injured. For angst, I'd love to see more Zhao Yunlan angst!

Shen Wei & others: Shen Wei interacting with people other than Zhao Yunlan - Ye Zun, Chu Shuzhi, Da Qing, Li Qian, Jiajia, OCs, anyone. Something about parts of his life that aren't about Zhao Yunlan. Chu Shuzhi and his immense loyalty to the Envoy and getting to know him as a person rather than a distant authority figure. Ye Zun's self-destructive quest of vengeance against entirely the wrong person and what might derail it, or the aftermath of their reconciliation. Da Qing and his missing/regained memories of his time with Kunlun and the young Envoy. Shen Wei's students and their perspective on what happens during and after canon.

Ya Qing, Ya Qing/Zhu Hong: I'd love more about Ya Qing and what drives her, what fuelled her bad decisions, her last-minute realisation that led to her changing sides, and its aftermath. And I'd love to see more of how her story converges with Zhu Hong's as Zhu Hong comes into her own as Yashou High Chief, and how these two deal with each other. Getting to know each other, learning to work with/listen/trust each other. Finding themselves attracted, making choices about giving in to attraction - whether they fully trust each other yet or not. Anything that throws them together would be great. Also, maybe something involving their Yashou abilities?

Worldbuilding: Dixing worldbuilding, especially good things about Dixing! Dixing history or post-canon future, or parts we didn't see on screen. Maybe Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan spending personal time in Dixing, and/or Zhao Yunlan coming to discover things he likes about Dixing? Haixingren in Dixing, or ordinary Dixing life, or how black energy works (Dixing science would be great!) ... More about Dixing/Haixing relations pre-and post-canon, Something about the ancestors of Dixingren and Yashou and the spaceship they arrived in? I love the sci-fi aspect!

Fandom: Detective L

Fandom-specific DNWs: sub or exclusive bottom Huo Wensi, unrequited interest between Luo Fei/Huo Wensi

I'd particularly love some icons for this fandom! A group icon, or ones that can be used both as Detective L icons and in general to express moods or reactions. Textless or with text (including bilingual Chinese/English where it fits).

Luo Fei & Huo Wensi, Luo Fei/Huo Wensi: I love how weird Luo Fei is about Huo Wensi, and the reactions Huo Wensi brings out in him - and their dynamic doesn't even change after Dr Huo is in prison. Luo Fei is prickly and rude without apparent reason, distances himself during their interactions, but repeatedly puts considerable stock in Dr Huo's professional opinion. And Huo Wensi can't stop poking at Luo Fei. I'd love anything about them being weird and intense at and about each other. (My theory is that these two are exes who had a bad break-up.) 
Working together, backstory, having a moment during canon, ill-advised sex ... Huo Wensi being manipulative but interested, Luo Fei wanting to not be interested but not quite managing. Something post-canon - a redemption story? further push-and-pull between them? working together against Captain? Anything, so long as there's some genuine mutual connection there.

Luo Fei & Huo Wensi & Qin Xiaoman: Luo Fei and Huo Wensi are weird about each other, and Qin Xiaoman is stuck right in the middle. She's the one talking to Dr Huo when Luo Fei won't, and being almost-courted by Dr Huo. She trusts his good intentions, for the most part, but doesn't always accept his conclusions, and I'd love to see her perspective on everything, and how her presence affects any of the scenarios Luo Fei and Huo Wensi might find themselves in. Or what Dr Huo thinks about her! (Or how far he would have gone with the fake courting!)

Anything about the Time Engraver, the people he encounters, about him interacting with the world - what powers does he have, what kind of being is he, why does he present himself as a craftsman? Has he ever talked to humans directly? What if one of his subjects wakes up? What if he develops an interest in a mortal? If you'd like to subvert the "O NOES NOT THE WRINKLES" aspect of the commercials somehow, that would be great too. :)
For sex scenes, if relevant I prefer the Time Engraver topping or domming.

Shipping: A mortal/immortal relationship would be awesome, whether with one of the women from the commercials (I'm particularly fond of the woman who doesn't show emotions in the 2020 commercial) or with a Bai Yu character (feel free to use any of them, or make up your own.) Someone who's leading an ordinary life, or someone who's already immersed in the non-mundane. Angsty is good, but I'd prefer something hopeful, or with a happy ending. And reincarnation tropes would be awesome, e.g. the Time Engraver waiting for his lover's reincarnation, or finding them again and again across time.

A mortal/immortal relationship would be great!

Time Engraver/Zhao Yunlan: I'm thinking in the context of a world where there is no Shen Wei, or where Shen Wei is the Time Engraver, rather than the Black-Cloaked Envoy. A Guardian fusion would be lovely! <a href="https://sid-guardian.dreamwidth.org/49079.html?thread=366263#cmt366263">Here</a> is an old thread playing with that concept, for possible inspiration. Or (with thanks to <user name="laireshi"> for the brilliant idea) how about incorporating Guardian's time loop - what if, a long time ago in the past, the Time Engraver encountered someone who, impossibly, recognised him? And then that person vanished - but here he is again, except he doesn't know him yet. Or importing Zhao Yunlan into the Time Engraver's world ...

Time Engraver/Jiang Yang: something that gives Jiang Yang some happiness? He deserves all the good things! But I also love Jiang Yang's canonical ending, and the way he uses his own death to finally succeed and achieve justice, so feel free to keep the canonical character death - I don't count that as an unhappy ending. (Also, I've written this pairing myself, and would totally be on board with anything that played with <a href="https://archiveofourown.org/works/28135728">that fic</a>'s version of the ship.)

Time Engraver/Luo Fei: I adore Luo Fei - he's quick and smart; he's sometimes sweet, sometimes abrasive; he can be a total mess. He's always very confident of his own abilities, and when he can't solve something he keeps worrying away at it, sometimes for years. How about confronting him with something that can't be solved with real-world logic? What would he make of the Time Engraver? How might their respective worlds mesh?

Fandom: Crossover - Granting You a Dreamlike Life/Detective L, Granting You a Dreamlike Life/Memory Lost

Fandom-specific DNWs: sub or exclusive bottom Luo Fusheng

Luo Fusheng can be a terrible person, but also has a giant soft streak. He's a jerk, and he's cruel, and he's violent, but if he cares about someone he'll do anything for them. He's also incredibly good at what he does. I want more of him (and him being a BAMF).

I'm asking for two criminal/detective ships - feel free to lean into the associated tropes, and the tension and balance between the characters. Some ideas: mutual cat-and-mouse games; working together against a common enemy; undercover operations and divided loyalties; criminal turning consultant or informer; redemption stories; detective turned vigilante; figuring out each other's soft spots.

For sex scenes, I prefer Luo Fusheng to top (or dom) if relevant, but switching is also good.

Luo Fusheng/Luo Fei: They both have that ability to be abrasive as hell while also being incredibly sweet at times. They both really need someone to be good to them. I'd love them to find that in the most unlikely of places! What would it take for Luo Fei to trust someone with Luo Fusheng's background? Luo Fusheng is the sort of person to go all-in and never look back - how would Luo Fei deal with that? How could Luo Fusheng fit into the world of Detective L, or vice versa? Plot-wise, I'd also love Luo Fei and Luo Fusheng both discovering Captain's network from two very different directions/approaches, and ending up working together against Captain.

Luo Fusheng/Han Chen: For these two, I'm very much here for undercover cop/crime boss tropes and associated loyalty tropes. What if Luo Fusheng finds out someone he trusted is actually undercover? What would it take for Luo Fusheng to decide that this is one of his people nonetheless? Or what if the police is massively corrupt itself?

General note: I liked Guardian's ending! I am happy to see works that engage with it or consider what would happen post-canon in a canon-compliant manner. However, I am also completely fine with fix-its and canon-divergence and whatever other ways of averting the canon ending makes you happiest as a writer; I love the wild variety of ways people take things. :)

I do like weilan as a ship! However, because there's so much that tends to focus on them, I am currently more interested in rarepairs and team-centric gen. :) If you're doing a narrative work, feel free to have weilan exist/be a B-plot, though!

If you wanted to remix any of <a href="https://archiveofourown.org/users/Shadaras/works?fandom_id=46767022">my Guardian fic</a> in any fashion, that would thrill me so much. :)

Chu Shuzhi /& Ye Huo
My favorite rarepair! I mostly am interested in them post-canon, because the way they're positioned to help rebuild after everything went down is super interesting. I think that they've got a lot of similarities in how they can approach the world (protective, combative, honestly quite sweet under the gruff/macho exterior) and I think that they both have an incredible potential as mentors for young/disadvantaged people.

I would love something about them working together, whether that's on a case for the SID or on a personal project like rebuilding Yehuo's fighting gym. I think they're great for slow-burn and the kind of romance where you just sort of fall into a Thing without quite naming it, and then when someone else names it you're like "...oh shit, I guess you're right?" and the like. I think they'd be really interesting to see as roommates going about their lives and supporting each other.

Chu Shuzhi /& Shen Wei
I love Chu Shuzhi's relationship with Shen Wei/the Envoy! It's so complicated and mostly just gestured at in the show!

In many ways I'm more interested in the Envoy side of this than the Shen Wei side, because I'm just so very here for loyalty kink. Pre-canon stories about what Chu Shuzhi's relationship with the Envoy was (how/why the Envoy found him to so dramatically rescue him from prison, how/why CSZ was the one sent to the SID, what meetings between them were like, etc.) would be absolutely fantastic to me!

I'd also love something about CSZ's feelings about the reveal. How does he take it? How does it change things? (How doesn't it change things?)

I'm deeply fond of the idea of CSZ doing bondage things with his strings. I'm interested by that in both a non-sexual kink way and here for it if you want to go a more sexual route.

SID Ensemble
I adore the whole group together! I honestly just want anything that focuses on the team as a whole and the family atmosphere they have. I'd especially love stuff about in-jokes and headcanons about what they do during their free time and just generally how they interact as friends and chosen-family. :)

Pre-canon cases, unseen during-canon cases, post-canon cases—anything you'd like! Or stories about them integrating together; movie nights, food eaten together at 1am because that's when the case finished, dares and bets and in-jokes they have. Show me the team working together to clean up the SID and finding souveniers of old cases! Maybe a Rashoman story, where they all tell their own takes on one case/event? That'd be incredibly fun.

Assorted Other Things (not as writing-centric)
- I would absolutely love to see a list of times Chu Shuzhi touches people during the show, and the context of said contact. (Punching people counts! Being punched by people also counts, tbh, because I'm curious about that too.)
- Any headcanons, meta, or thoughts you have about Dixingren lifespans!
- A rec list of case/mission-centric fic! Or just recs of fics/other fanworks you think have influenced the fandom at large or you think people just have to see. (I have read surprisingly little in this fandom and would like a better idea of where to start.)
- Images of Chu Shuzhi smiling (gifs, icons, picspam)
- Meta/headcanons/fic/general thoughts about Yashou! Stuff about their shapeshifting powers, what happens if a crow yashou and a snake yashou have kids, how their society works, where they live (and how they keep Haixingren from noticing them), what sort of contact they have with Dixing... anything along those lines!
- Any thoughts or feelings you have about Yehuo! I love him! I'd love images of him (art, edits, gifs, etc.) too, if that's more your speed. :)

- I have yet to figure out how to articulate my feelings about the tangle of obsession that binds these two together. Love and frustration and desire and respect all blended up; they can't let go of each other but that doesn't mean they necessarily like each other.
- I fully believe that they had a pre-canon relationship and an extremely messy break-up. I do not know anything beyond that. Please tell me anything you'd like about this.
- How did they meet for the first time? Was it on a case, or something else?

I am a big fan of the Iron Triangle being old and married. They don't have to be retired, I'm quite happy for them to be running around tomb raiding, but I struggle to see them in anything other than a polyamorous relationship (which could be open or not, your choice). So for this fandom, I'd love something that works with the premise of OT3. The ship does not need to be the focus of the fic, though. I enjoy exploration of their separate interpersonal relationships (what is it exactly that draws Pangzi to Wu Xie? do Pangzi and Xiaoge ever complain to each other about their impossible husband?) or a reflection on their years together ("Five Times Pangzi Agreed to Something He Shouldn't Have Agreed to & One Time Wu Xie Doesn't Ask Him to"). I'm a big fan of the terminal illness plot on the show, so anything that explores that in more detail is welcome (tell me more about that scene where Pangzi is sobbing and clutching his pendant hoping for Wu Xie to wake up). I'll always enjoy hurt/comfort; I especially enjoy it when the injured party still has to try to function around their injury (to get out of the tomb, to save the other injured party, whatever). My favourite among the three is Pangzi. Xiaoge is next, but I also enjoy Wu Xie and would happily read fic about him and his weird family and obsessive tendencies.

Warning for discussion of sexual harassment/noncon (skip to DNWs if you don't want to read): if you're feeling it, I'd be curious about a fic exploring what might have happened if Director Ding in Warehouse 11 had resorted to sexual harassment to establish his dominance over Wu Xie (he seems like someone who might). If it's an ongoing thing of varying degrees of subtlety rather than a single act of violence, how long would it take for Wu Xie to admit anything to Pangzi? How would Pangzi react? What happens to Wu Xie's great plan, how much will he tolerate before going back starts to seem impossible? Pretty dark, of course, but if it strikes your interest, it's struck mine.

DNWs in this fandom: please don't sideline Pangzi, he and his relationship to the other two are essential to my enjoyment. This includes not making him exit the stage if/when things get romantic or sexy--I firmly see them as a threesome ship, not Pingxie + Pangzi as a friend (that said, a portrayal of any or all of them as asexual is of course welcome). I don't get too excited about Liu Sang--don't mind him showing up for plot reasons, but would rather the fic not focus on him. Other than that (and my general DNWs), go wild!

Fandom: The Rebel

Characters: Chen Moqun
Pairings: Chen Moqun/Lin Nansheng

I love Chen Moqun an unreasonable amount. I don't need apology fic for him; he's pretty evil and that's fine, but among all the characters on that show, his political choices made the most sense to me. I want to know more about what he sees in Lin Nansheng, and if he feels he misjudged him, perhaps, on his first assessment in Nanjing. Recruiting him clearly did not quite work out as planned for Chen Moqun. What happens after Chen Moqun (spoilers!) defects to the Japanese and Lin Nansheng keeps trying and failing to assassinate him? Does Lin Nansheng ever get an answer to his question why Chen Moqun betrayed his country? I thought Chen Moqun's ending was a little contrived and unconvincing; if you'd like to write an alternative scenario describing Lin Nansheng's and Chen Moqun's final encounter, I'd be very interested. Just tell me more about their relationship, especially later in the show, when Lin Nansheng has gained some confidence and can hold his own.

DNWs in this fandom: I'm not too interested in Lin Nansheng and Chen Moqun having a sexual relationship while Lin Nansheng is still all wide-eyed and inexperienced. Happy to read about them getting intimate and/or kinky, though I'd prefer it being set later in the show.

I will enjoy most things Weilan in this fandom that are vaguely adjacent to my general likes listed above. However, the thing this fandom hasn't written yet (at least not to my knowledge), and what I'm therefore specifically requesting, is a fic about Zhao Yunlan and his relationship to his father. Zhao Xinci does not have to be a good guy in this, and it doesn't need to be a fix-it for their father-son relationship. I'm interested in how the drama seems to portray Zhao Yunlan as just waiting for an opportunity to build a better relationship with his dad, but every time he tries, he encounters a mind so closed-off that he can't seem to do anything but give up. How did Zhao Yunlan and Zhao Xinci end up there? Is Zhao Yunlan ever going to stop trying? Is Zhao Xinci ever going to budge an inch for the sake of a better relationship with his son? What are Shen Wei's thoughts on this; does he ever speak to Zhao Yunlan about it? Do Shen Wei's feelings about this affect his duty to liaise with Zhao Xinci as Hei Pao Shi? Inquiring minds want to know! This would probably fall into the "emotional hurt/comfort" genre, though doesn't have to if you have a different take on it.

DNWs in this fandom: I'll read most of anything, though especially in this fandom, things can easily get too fluffy for me, so I'd prefer stuff that errs on the side of less fluffy.

BAMF Shen Wei makes me very happy. I love how powerful and strong and competent he is!

Zhao Yunlan
I don't want to sound like I don't like Zhao Yunlan in comparison, because I do like him! I like how smart and competent and intuitive and focused he is, despite being an absolute disaster in some respects. I love the way he was clearly raised by cats (well, cat) in the way he lounges everywhere and in his conception of personal space. I like watching him make absolutely impossible but absolutely correct mental leaps because he's just that good. And ofc I like BAMF Zhao Yunlan too he's just BAMF in a different way to Shen Wei :D

Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan
I love the way they had a snap-lock connection between them in both of their meet-cutes! Even when baby Shen Wei (with Kunlun) and modern Zhao Yunlan (with Professor Shen) don't know what's going on, the intensity of their connection is undeniable and very present. I love the way they work really well together, both pre- and post- identity reveal, and the way they communicate almost instinctively when they're coordinating on something. I love the way Shen Wei does his cute little head-duck-smile, and the way he looks at Zhao Yunlan with ten thousand years of longing and devotion. I love the way they trust each other even when Zhao Yunlan has no reason to, but does it anyway.

Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan/Ye Zun
I'm okay with Shen Wei/Ye Zun but only as a prelude/lead up to Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan/Ye Zun - Zhao Yunlan is an essential part of their relationship!
I've enjoyed reading fics exploring how Ye Zun would fit into Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan's relationship, both YOHE and post-canon (or during canon in a canon-divergence AU). Give me communication, negotiation, complicated feelings about love and family and devotion and never abandoning each other ever again!

SID Team as Family
I love Zhao Yunlan & Da Qing, of course, and the way their relationship is just a Haixingren with his cat only sometimes his cat is Haixingren shaped too; and I love how Shen Wei fits into their dynamic and becomes a part of it. I love the SID team being family, and supporting Zhao Yunlan and Shen Wei through everything, no matter whether that's an invasion of Haixing, political machinations from the Ministry / Supervisory Office, or Zhao Xinci being an asshole.

Does Shen Wei start recognising teenage Zhao Yunlan as the Lord Guardian of Haixing? How does Zhao Xinci react? :D)

* Post-Canon fix-its - they said they were going to meet again, so they'll meet again for sure! Do they come back to life? How does Zhao Yunlan get out of the lantern without screwing Dixing over? Please show me their happy ending :3

General DNWs: a/b/o, mpreg, soulmate tropes, AU far removed from canon settings

Fandom: The Rebel

I would love there to be more content for this show and I don’t really care what it’s about or in what format. Missing scenes exploring Lin Nansheng’s relationship with any other male or female character, romantic/sexual pairings featuring him and either of the two female leads, or him and Chen Moqun or Zuo Qiuming, considerations of Lin Nansheng/communist ideology: would enjoy any of these from any POV. Since a lot of this canon is dark and unhappy I am fine with dark and unhappy content, or if you can find a way to make Lin Nansheng have a better time, great! AUs based in the same setting in which events happen differently, also great. Any rating fine.

Also happy to read Lin Nansheng in crossovers based on other Guardian-and-adjacent shows/pairings, though the only Bai Yu show I am familiar with other than Guardian is Detective L.

Fandom: Reunion/Lost Tomb Reboot

I love fic/media about the Iron Triangle, in any permutation of relationships. In terms of requesting things the fandom doesn’t already have for this show, I’d like there to be more fic/media that explores the lead characters’ friendship with Bao Haotian, since there isn’t much at all. And I am interested in the insanity of W11 and would read more fic set during canon warehouse stuff or post-canon.

Other fandoms: always delighted to have more Luo Fusheng fic/content, especially if he has a happy ending. And I’m never not going to enjoy Guardian h/c and pining.

Art: I love art where I get to see my favorite characters together, especially when they're being domestic or romantic. I'd particularly love to see a moment of intimacy, physical or emotional, between the main characters. When people have used my stories as inspiration for art or photoshopped pieces, it's always brought me great joy.

I really love identity porn, so Guardian was absolute catnip for me from the beginning. I assume most anyone reading this is familiar with the term, but just in case: "identity porn" doesn't mean sexual content. It means the shenanigans that result when at least one character has more than one identity. Think Superman and Clark Kent and their relationship with Lois Lane, or Superman and Clark Kent and their relationship(s) with Batman and Bruce Wayne. (My other biggest fandom was Superhero comics, particularly Batfamily, so that should give you some idea of the level of identity porn I enjoy. ^_~)

I love anything that deals with canonical identity porn in Guardian, ie the Black Cloaked Envoy aka Shen Wei (aka young Shen Wei) and their relationship with Zhao Yunlan (aka Kunlun) and the SID and the rest of the world. Some ideas in this vein: Role-reversal: What if Zhao Yunlan was the one with the secret identity (he kind of does have one because of Kunlun, but what if he had it in the modern day)? What if both he and Shen Wei had secret identities? What if the SID was shut down by the government before the story began and forced to become a group of underground vigilantes (that, say, rescue Xiao Guo from a bad situation?) The canon is also ripe for interesting reincarnation fix-it identity porn!

As much as I love the original canon, I also absolutely love seeing canon Guardian translated into AUs with the identity porn trope intact. Anything where one or more of the characters has another identity or isn't who they seem to be (gamers with screen names, people dressing up unrecognizably for a convention, spies undercover with alternate identities, people on the run or in hiding, people with a public persona and private self like actors or idols - especially if it involves character bleed(!), people who've traveled in time and are trying to hide that fact (I also love isekai and fish out of water stories), even a straight up vigilante or superhero AU - I love them all! Identity porn can also be integrated into standard AUs - what DOES that barista who makes such good coffee do on his days off?

Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan are my favorites, and also the ones with the most identity porn going on (Zhao Yunlan as Kunlun and Shen Wei as the Black Cloaked Envoy). I also like Ye Zun, especially in AUs where he gets to be snarky and bratty in a funny way (I find good snark hard to write but I truly love to read it!) It would be lovely to see some Ye Zun/Zhu Jiu, especially Zhu Jiu crushing hard on Ye Zun in a modern AU setting (Fashion blogger and his devoted fan? Community or college theater lead and his understudy best friend? So many possibilities!)

I'm happy with just about any pairings in the background, but the ones that I'm currently most interested in seeing as the focus of a story/art piece/etc are:

Fandom: Guardian RPF and AU RPF (ie Bai Yu and Zhu Yilong Character Combinations)

Art: Zhu Yilong and Bai Yu are so, so beautiful. I'm continually amazed by the talent of photoshoppers, those who make manips, and artists. I'd love to see more inspiring art of them together, especially with an AU theme (fae? mafia? wings?) I particularly love when they look otherworldly or magical, but I also really dig grittier ones. If you feel inspired by any of my stories to make a cover or image that goes with it, I would be absolutely delighted!

For these two, the dynamic is really what I love, with the shy and reserved Zhu Yilong brought out of his shell by the sunny and outgoing Bai Yu. Or alternatively, cool and in-control Zhu Yilong finds his walls crumbling when he's with passionate Bai Yu. The opposites attract dynamic: sun and moon, hot and cool, summer and winter kind of thing is part of what makes them appealing. As above, I'm also very into identity porn, especially things like character bleed (YUM) and how it might influence their relationship.

That being said, there's no need for them to be the actual BY and Z1L to make the story work - if you want to grab inspirational images, commercials, characters from other shows and mix and match them, I am down for it! Innocent Z1L captured by the king of the Fae, BY, who in turn finds himself ensnared by Z1L's sweetness as well as his beauty? Social butterfly BY and his cat-owning, quiet neighbor? </cut>

No matter what, if you decide to create something for me, I hope you can relax and have fun with it. ^_^
